All Managers are responsible for recording and maintaining Agency Worker Records.

This form must be completed to enable access to HRPTS (only if required for the role) and LearnHSCNI.
This is only the case if the agency worker is engaged in Payroll, HR or Recruitment.
If you select yes, you will be prompted to supply further information. This will notify BSO HR team to add the agency worker to HRPTS and log on details will be issued directly to the agency worker.
