All Managers are responsible for recording and maintaining Agency Worker Records.

This form must be completed to enable access to HRPTS (only if required for the role) and LearnHSCNI.

If you select yes, you will be prompted to supply further information. This will notify BSO HR team to add the agency worker to HRPTS and log on details will be issued directly to the agency worker.

This is the 8 digit position number that the agency worker should be added to. If this is an existing position, the agency worker will inherit the roles and permissions associated. There is NO need to complete a 'core roles request' form.
