New Employee - Use this option if you have recently started employment within BSO/ALBs.
Transfer of Existing LearnHSCNI Account - Use this option if you have previously had a LearnHSCNI account / worked in an HSC Trust/Organisation.
Seconded Employee - Use this option if you are currently on Secondment and have a LearnHSCNI account in a HSC Trust/Organisation.
Existing Employee - Use this option if you are having trouble accessing your LearnHSCNI account.
External Worker - Use this option if you are currently working in BSO/ALB's but are employed by an external organisation outside of HSCNI.
Agency Worker - Use this option for further information regarding agency worker access.

Please note, this form can only be used for queries relating to LearnHSCNI access across the following organsiations: BSO, CCGANI, NIMDTA, NIPEC, NISCC, PCC, PHA, RQIA, SPPG.

In order to create a LearnHSCNI account for an Agency Worker, their Manager must submit a record on the Agency Database.

The Agency Worker Database can be accessed by clicking the following link: Agency Worker Database

Please remember the Agency Worker Database should also be completed, to update an agency worker (if the end-date needs extended or they have obtained a permanent post) or they have left the organisation. This is to ensure access to all required systems is updated or delimited.
